Atlantica Online Path

ASProBot Launcher needs to know the location of the Atlantica.exe file it should start.

File to select

When the Launcher asks for the game location, select:

Atlantica.exe

IMPORTANT

Select the actual file from the Atlantica Online installation folder, not a Desktop shortcut.

Save the location or choose it every time?

On first use, the Launcher asks whether the Atlantica.exe path should be remembered.

Yes / Save the location

Use this if you normally use one Atlantica Online installation.

The Launcher saves the path and reuses it as long as Atlantica.exe still exists at that location.

No / Do not save

Use this if you want to select Atlantica.exe every time the Launcher starts.

If the game was moved or the saved path is invalid

If the saved path is no longer valid, the Launcher will not keep using the broken path. When starting the game from the saved path fails, the old path is cleared and you are asked to select Atlantica.exe again.

In most cases, you do not need to edit the configuration manually just because the game folder was moved.

Change the setting manually

If needed, close the Launcher and open:

ASProBot\data\launcher.ini

The current Launcher flow uses:

[Launcher]
RememberAoPath=1
LastAoExePath=D:\Games\Atlantica Online\Atlantica.exe

• RememberAoPath=1 → remember the path.
• RememberAoPath=0 → ask for the path every time.
• LastAoExePath → must point directly to Atlantica.exe.

TIP

To force the Launcher to ask for a path again, set RememberAoPath=0, save the file, then reopen the Launcher.

Game List

If you cancel the Atlantica.exe file picker and the path remains empty, the Launcher may ask whether you want to open the game list.

Choose Yes if Atlantica Online is already running. Game List shows active Atlantica.exe processes so you can select one.

If the process is not visible yet, use Refresh after the game is running.

If the game does not start

Check that:

• the selected file is really Atlantica.exe,
• the file still exists at that location,
• the game folder is not being moved or renamed,
• if using Game List, an Atlantica.exe process is actually running.
